For which products can I request to exercise the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal applies to all non-perishable products on the Tree Online Store. It is not possible to return: sealed products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to the protection of health and care of the home (detergents / cosmetics); products that have been opened after delivery; tailored or clearly personalized products; orders for which the invoice has been issued.

How much does it cost to make products?
The return of the product is free shipping costs are borne by the sender: the request must be sent to the "Tree Support" within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To contact our Help Center go to the Contact Us page at the bottom of each page of our site or send an email to ciao@treeoriginal.com.

I found the refill line different in design and with a different accessory from the product image on the site. How should I behave?
Our entire Refill Homemade line is made by hand by our craftsmen, it is not manufactured in the machine, therefore each piece is always unique and singular, different in shape and design, some products could have much more pronounced design differences, the photos are purely representative, in particular in the Sanitizing Bathroom and Multipurpose Surfaces Refill products the spout could be replaced by a more practical and functional Trigger, please note that all packs are in glass only, they do not contemplate the raw material inside, in the case of receipt of the damaged Pots, send an email to ciao@treeoriginal.com or write in a chat to Tree Care in order to receive the appropriate instructions
